Nabaki Afrika Ltd, official distributor for Tanzania, has been selected to supply genuine Decra roof tiles for the construction of houses in Dar Es Salaam.
The Project Contractors have previously partnered with Nabaki and were eager to include their expertise in the construction supply process. Having been established for over 20 years, they were able to offer knowledge and easily supply quality roof tiles within the contractor’s budget and requirements.
The Decra brand is well known in Tanzania and most people have seen the many billboards that feature the product. The Project Manager approached Nabaki with the goal of using these tiles having seen it showcased on other projects and admiring the quality and durability of Genuine Decra.
The project consists of 22 houses and a building which will be reconstructed. The houses are located in Mikocheni, one of the busiest roads in Dar es Salaam. Projects of this size can demand large amounts of readily available stock, and in this respect, Nabaki Afrika have been able to deliver where other competitors would have struggled.
Last minute decisions on tile colour proved to be no problem and due to Nabaki’ s strong relations with Decra Africa they were able to accommodate the contractors need deliverance for the project.
Following completion Nabaki Afrika will be looking to house other projects outside Dar es Salaam using Genuine Decra roof tiles. Customers in Tanzania will learn even more about Decra’s unique attributes which makes it arguably the first choice in roofing.
