The tower has large spans ranging from 8 to 20 metres and two-level basement car parking area.
Furthermore, the company has been involved in the construction of hotels and factories such as: storage go-downs and tobacco dried leaf processing plant in Thika. The process hall has a clear span of 41 metres and is 138 metres long. The roof structure consists of 3-pinned steel arches bearing on reinforced concrete columns; cashew processing complex in Kwale, South Coast, Kenya. The works comprised the main factory building measuring 32 metres wide and 160 metres long, administration block, staff housing, water supply, sewerage and access roads; 300 bed five-star hotel at Kenya South Coast comprising four storeyed structures, swimming pool, water supply and storage systems, sewerage, access road, stormwater drainage among other projects including housing development, water supply and sanitation schemes, roadworks and urban development infrastructure.
Eng. Kitololo is a fellow of engineering regulatory bodies in the construction industry in Kenya, namely the Institution of Engineers of Kenya (IEK), Architectural Association of Kenya (AAK) and Association of Consulting Engineers of Kenya (ACEK).
