A key point about FW Power that differentiates them from the competition is, they undertake a 75 point service inspection checklist and a full load test prior to shipping on all of their used generators.

This means that when the client receives an FW Power generator they merely need to fill with fuel, connect the cables and everything works as if the generator was a new one.

Fabian Ware, Managing Director, advices potential buyers, “used generators can be a cost effective solution to power problems.

It’s important to buy from a reputable company or supplier, who has the experience and skills to undertake a complete refurbishment of the product and one that will offer genuine advise on the product e.g. age, hours, engine suitability and availability of spare parts.”

Mr. Ware also commented on the emerging trends regarding the product, “Requirement for power is growing globally, therefore the market for diesel generators will also continue to increase with larger electronic generators becoming the norm.

As budgets remain tight in an era that is still coming to terms with the current financial crisis, high demand for used generators is expected to grow rapidly with Africa being a key market.”
