Over the course of the next month, 32 teams will battle it out across 12 stadiums in Brazil for the most sought after trophy in the wide world of sports, watched by a global audience in excess of 2 billion people. It is estimated that by kick off on Thursday 12-06-14 US$14.5 billion will have been spent on the 2014 World Cup preparations.
