Vishva Builders is a 25-year old company engaged in public and private infrastructure development in Kenya. The company is based in Eldoret in the western part of the country. The contractor is registered with the National Construction Authority (NCA) as NCA1 for Building Works and NCA4 for Road Works.
Vishva Builders undertakes the construction of all types of commercial, residential and warehouses on the philosophy of delivering quality, economy, performance, safety and integrity. Since inception, it has completed nearly 100 projects.

The company offers two types of services:
Conventional Construction
Here, the client retains a professional consultant team that includes an architect, quantity surveyor, structural engineer, mechanical and electrical engineers to perform and monitor the design services while Vishva Builders executes the technical construction. Hence the design, procurement and construction proceed in a sequential order.
Design/Build
With ever increasing demands for cost – effective construction and reduced timescales, design and build is a fast growing area of business and one which allows Vishva Builders to take full responsibility for construction, management, planning and co-ordination. As opposed to convention construction, here the contractor is the first point of contact with the client and is the one who assembles a team of proven architects, engineers and specialists subcontractors to provide the client an efficient and better building experience.
