The 300-unit luxury apartment community dubbed Alta Berry Creek which commenced construction in February 2022 has opened in Georgetown, Texas. However, the apartment community is just a small part of a 314-acre Berry Creek Highlands master-planned project. Upon completion, the entire 314-acre development will have up to 1,500 single-family homes. It will also include a park, an elementary school and retail space.

Wood Partners built the Alta Berry Creek community along State Highway 192. Therefore its location connects to Interstate 35 which is about three miles away.  The property is also 7 miles north of central Georgetown and provides access to nearby dining, retail, cultural and recreational offerings.

Additionally, Austin’s state capital is 30 miles southward of the community, alongside offices and industrial spaces of the state’s largest employers. Some major employers within the vicinity include GM, Emerson, Apple, Dell, Samsung, and Tesla, along with various retail and healthcare industries.
