Development plans for EDEN at Tradition
The developer plans to start construction on EDEN at Tradition in Q3 2023, targeting completion by 2025.
Upon completion, the development will feature 214 townhome-style residences with private backyards, attached garages, kitchen islands, stainless steel appliances, walk-in closets, and in-unit washers and dryers. There will be a mix of two and three-bedroom townhomes, each with two and a half bathrooms and one car garage.
These units will range between 1,050 and 1,300 square feet. In addition, the community also provides a pool, grilling pavilion, fitness centre, clubhouse, dog park, playground, lake, and walking paths.
Mattamy Homes is developing the larger 8,300-acre master-planned community, referred to as Tradition. EDEN at Tradition will be built as part of this massive community, featuring over 2,500 homes. Additionally, the Tradition community will also include single-family units, villas, senior housing, office, retail, hospitality, and medical facilities.Â
A Cleveland Clinic, town center, and driverless shuttle service will be available in the community. It also offers residents access to 300 acres of parks and private schools as well.
