Construction at The Marquee at Cedar Lee, a $60 million mixed-use luxury apartment complex in Cleveland Heights, Ohio, has been launched by Flaherty & Collins Properties. When completed, the site will contain 204 homes and more than 8,500 square feet of commercial retail space. The date for completion has been scheduled for the spring of 2025

The 230,108-square-foot complex is situated at 2223 Lee Road in the storied Cedar Lee District. It was once known as the Cedar-Lee-Meadowbrook project. The Marquee is the second Cleveland Heights development by Flaherty & Collins Properties.

The Ascent at Top of the Hill, a 261-unit mixed-use development with 11,000 square feet of commercial space, will feature 11,000 square feet of commercial space, and construction on it will start in May 2020. Leasing for that property started a year ago.

The Marquee at Cedar Lee Features

There will be studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments at The Marquee at Cedar Lee. Additionally, there will be a 24-hour market, a coworking space, and a courtyard with fire pits. An outdoor sky lounge, grilling stations, a pet spa, and a resort-style saltwater pool with a wet deck will also be featured.
