Mill Creek Residential has plans to break ground on phase II of its Modera Coral Springs development in Florida. The initial phase of the mixed-use project features 351 apartments and a ground-floor retail component within the heart of Coral Springs. However, the developer intends to build 353 more homes and a 24,180 square foot retail component in the second phase.

Mill Creek is building Modera Coral Springs as part of a greater Cornerstone at Downtown Coral Springs development. Recently the firm announced the start of move-ins for the initial phase of the project. The property’s location is at 3210 N. University Drive and just south of Sample Road.

According to Mill Creek, the aim of their expansion is to inject new life into the city’s busiest corner. Therefore, the firm intends to introduce a variety of fresh living, dining, retail, and entertainment experiences at Modera Coral Springs. Mill Creek expects the first move-ins for the second phase of the project to begin by summer 2025.

Featured amenities at Modera Coral Springs

Spacious one, two, and three bedroom apartment home units with den layouts are available at the Modera Coral Springs property. It includes private conference rooms, and a club-quality fitness center, equipped with a yoga/Pilates studio and group fitness area. Additionally, the community offers a rooftop deck, pool, barbecue and picnic areas, resident clubhouse, and a game room. A dedicated dog run and pet spa are also provided in this pet-friendly community. Furthermore, residents can enjoy access to digital package lockers with cold storage, controlled-access garage parking, bike storage, and additional storage options.

Nine-foot ceilings, wood plank-style flooring, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, are included as part of the apartment interiors. Additionally, the Modera Coral Springs homes were furnished with backsplashes, programmable thermostats, central heating, and air conditioning.
