The concept of Automated Control Solutions (ACS) started with an idea of servicing HVAC system integrators & mechanical contractors with high end quality international products. Now, that concept has grown into 12 years of unrivalled customer service, professionalism and technical support.
Having a combined experience of over 20 years in the HVAC market, Sean King and Terrance Hall recognised an opening in the HVAC Controls market. Therefore they broke away from their respective positions to start ACS. The goal was to become a single source supplier of control peripherals to the HVAC market by partnering with dynamic international manufacturers that understand their markets and needs.
From their previous field experience they knew what their current strengths and weaknesses were with regards to their product offerings and decided that they should branch out to team up with a multitude of suppliers that can offer them a complete solution. Since then their customers have embraced this concept and today ACS is the market leader in Southern Africa.
They believe it is very important to reinvest in your company and as they have grown, they have continued to strengthen their customer service & technical division by finding the right team members to join them and take their service to the next level.
Their product, the iSMA-B-FCU-HH fully programmable BACnet controller has been tested to the highest standards at the BACnet Laboratory Labs (BTL) and has been certified to the BACnet standard ISO 16484-5 protocol revision 1.14.
This basically means that they offer a superior product, confirmed and tested by the experts.
Commissioning and Applications
Built to control FCU’s, the iSMA-B-FCU-HH minimizes and simplifies commissioning times and supports most types of Fan Coil Units. Dedicated DIP-switches allow parameters to be adjusted and the BACnet protocol has a built-in function which allows the automatic binding of Master and Slave controllers.
It is also possible to modify or create an application from scratch which allows a diverse range of requirements to be met.
