Machinery and equipment for overhead line stringing. OMAC has a large range of machines and equipment able to meet all the requests for stringing overhead transmission lines. Pullers, Tensioners, Puller – Tensioners specifically designed for power lines stringing from one to six conductors per phase with a capacity from 10 kN to 360 kN. One or more hydraulic circuits allow a simultaneous or independent control of conductors/rope. OMAC machines are equipped with electronic
devices assisting the operator during the stringing work. Those devices monitor and display the working values which can be stored, downloaded and printed. A full range of equipment completes the supply needed to develop stringing projects, including reel-stands, trailers, reels, ropes, pulley blocks, equipment and control instruments.

OMAC manufactures machines for laying underground cables and related equipment. The range of machines manufactured by OMAC covers all types of hydraulic pullers, specifically designed for laying
Low/Medium/High voltage underground cables, fiber optic and for pipes renewal. Pulling capacity from 8 kN to 600 kN. All OMAC machines are equipped with electronic devices assisting the operator
during the live work. Those devices monitor and display the working values which can be
stored, downloaded and printed.

cables laying, needed to develop complete projects, the laying of cables in open trench
and inside pipes, cable recovery and pipeline including renewal
RAILWAY LINE STRINGING
Stringing systems and equipment for catenary lines.
These systems are specifically designed for stringing and tensioning the contact wires and the suspension wires of railway transmission lines. According to the number of wires, system can be provided with 2, 3 or 4 independent circuits. The range of OMAC products for the railway sector includes systems for wires recovery from existing lines. OMAC systems are equipped with high-precision electronic devices assisting the operator during the stringing work.
Those devices monitor and self-adjust the system response ensuring the max efficiency during the working operations. Moreover they display the working values which can be stored, downloaded and printed.
