Construction of Aventon Kit Creek, a Aventon Companies development in North Carolina has begun. This will be the company’s second luxury apartment project in the Raleigh area. The 293-unit, Class A, multifamily development will be located in the town of Cary.
Aventon Kit Creek spans roughly 16 acres. It will consist of three independent residential towers. It will offer homeowners expansive floor options ranging from studio flats to three bedrooms. Each apartment house will be outfitted with contemporary finishes and cutting-edge technology. A resort-style saltwater pool with an expansive sundeck featuring lounge seating, and private cabanas.
There will be a world-class fitness centre with cardio and strength training equipment. Included will also be a remote working area with multiple private offices and collaboration areas among the surrounding amenity spaces. The pet-friendly neighborhood also has a pet spa and a dog park.
Watts Leaf Architects designed the structures in Aventon Kit Creek while Studio 5 Interiors, Inc. did the interior design. The facility is set to debut in the fall of 2023.

Perera is the Senior Managing Director of Aventon Companies. The business has also just begun construction on a 308-unit apartment complex in Orlando, Florida. Since 2019, it has amassed a US$ 2bn portfolio of new construction projects. They will bring roughly 7,600 Aventon-branded apartment units to Florida, Georgia, the Carolinas, and the Mid-Atlantic.
