The new center will service Naperville and neighboring southwest suburban areas. It will be managed by Bill Gill, manager of Baird & Warner’s current Naperville site. Furthermore, the office is set up to house all three of Baird & Warner’s business lines. These include brokerage, mortgage, and title—under a single roof, providing convenience for both agents and customers.

Remarks on the Baird & Warner office in Naperville

The chance to expand Baird & Warner’s presence in Naperville with a brand-new office that is ideal for our brokerage, title, and mortgage teams has us very excited.

This brand-new cutting-edge building will give our agents and staff the room, tools, and support systems they need to continue operating at the highest level, as well as space for new agents joining Baird & Warner as we expand.

I commend Steve Baird for his dedication to the Naperville area. He has set up our teams for long-term success,” said Gill.
