Real estate developer, Azizi is set to unveil the new residential units located at the Park Avenue I development. In an effort to further accelerate construction, Azizi has increased the manpower on site. The total manpower is confirmed to have been increased to 280 workers.
The idea to unveil these new residential units at the Park Avenue I Development can be accredited to the successful sales of its units at the Park Avenue I project that is located in MBR City in Dubai. Azizi Developed officially announced and revealed that they are planning to release the previously seen and remaining units in the following weeks to come.
Features of the New Residential Units At Park Avenue I Development
Referencing a statement by Azizi Developers, the Park Avenue I Development features 372 residential units and 29 retail units. Each of the three buildings that make up the entire community has its swimming pool and fully equipped gym. The real estate developer confirmed that work had been progressing swiftly.
They also confirmed that the structure at the Park Avenue I Development is now 66% completed and that Park Avenue II has reached 77% completion while Park Avenue III has reached 79% completion.

The CEO of Azizi Developments, Farhad Azizi, said that the Park Avenue I Development selling out so quickly is a testament to not just the company’s customer-centricity but their build quality as well. He also said that the Park Avenue selling so swiftly was more than enough evidence to its end-users and investors of the potential that Dubai holds when it comes to luxury living.
