The project’s launch announcement was officially done by Arada. The new commercial center’s location is right in the heart of the Aljada community. Impressively, it spreads over a total area of 4.3 million square feet of prime leasable space. Moreover, it boasts the capacity to accommodate well over 20,000 workers. Furthermore, the concept design of the central business district aims to inspire and enhance the productivity of staff.

The group CEO of Arada spoke about the project. Ahmed Alkhoshaibi said that the Arada Central Business District Project will unlock growth opportunities for companies within Sharjah.
