Winchester Apartments offers a variety of layouts, including one, two, three-bedroom, and studio floorplans spanning 560 square feet to 1,582 square feet. Designed by KTGY for The Hanover Company, the company also oversaw all preliminary layouts and exterior massing through entitlements, conceptual design, design development, and construction administration. The community’s contemporary architectural design was inspired by the speed and movement found off the I-280 and depicts shadowing and horizontality on the building’s façade to mimic passing cars on the highway. Winchester Apartments is the sixth development The Hanover Company and KTGY have collaborated on.

“Winchester Apartments reflects KTGY’s ability to create elevated communities that nod to the area’s rich history and support the city’s holistic vision for its developments. In designing Winchester Apartments, KTGY had the opportunity to approach the project with a 360-view of the site, which enabled us to leverage our diverse expertise across a myriad of residential product types and planning capabilities to deliver on the needs of the client and the surrounding community. The result is a thoughtfully designed community that seamlessly blends historic elements with modern touches and a desirable, protected gem for residents to live, work and play,” said Fred Metzger, director of design at KTGY.
