The SAUTER eValveco system is used for automatic, hydraulic balancing in the full and partial load range as well as for real-time flow control. It thus replaces a static balancing valve and a control or mixing valve or a ball valve. The 2-way, 3-way or 6-way dynamic flow control system is used in variable flow rate HVAC systems.
Perfect interaction
Together with the 6-way ball valve, the SAUTER eValveco flow-through system provides a precise solution for controlling heating/cooling ceilings, VVS systems and fan coils when supplied with a 4-wire system.
SAUTER eValveco combines the five functions of a pressure-independent control valve (PICV), a 6-way ball valve for the switching function (heating/cooling), a balancing valve, a motorized shut-off valve.
The electronic flow control valve regulates the volume flow independently of pressure fluctuations in the system. The system is designed for real-time automatic and dynamic hydraulic balancing, eliminating the need for additional balancing valves. The system thus ensures a perfect hydraulic balance in the hydraulic network, both at full load and at partial load without additional components.
It ensures that the exact amount of energy is distributed in the right place at the right time – for maximum comfort with minimal energy costs.
Clear and comfortable
The flow control system communicates via Modbus – in combination with a control system such as the SAUTER Vision Center building management software, it is possible to create overviews of the actual energy consumption per room and in real time and to read them on a computer, tablet or mobile phone.
