Otjiwarongo Town Square in Namibia

Otjiwarongo Town Square is located in the rapidly expanding town of Otjiwarongo, which is located in Namibia’s central-north region.

In the early 2010s, the property developer, Frontier Property Trust Fund, embarked on an expansion project that would increase the size of the mall from 5700 square meters to 10,600 square meters. The project would be carried out in three phases, the first of which was delivered by November 2012. The final and third phase was completed the following year.

Owing to the N$51 million upgrade project that was carried out by Afrideca Construction, customers are spoiled with variety and a convenient location at the mall, which offers a novel retail experience. Today, Otjiwarongo Town Square is the go-to shopping location for both locals and visitors to the area thanks to its convenient location, ample parking, and variety of stores.
