The Democratic Republic of Ethiopia has received financing from the International Development Association (IDA) in the form of a credit towards the cost of Electricity Network Reinforcement and Expansion Project (ENREP) Additional Finance.
The Ethiopian Electric Power (EEP), as a lead implementing agency of the client and on behalf of the Ethiopian Electric Utility (EEU), intends to apply a portion of the proceeds to eligible payments under the contract for which this invitation for bids is issued.
EEP now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the contract which has been divided into three lots.
International competitive bidding will be conducted in accordance with the bank’s single stage bidding procedure.
