Invitation to bid at The Ministry of Construction

The Ministry of Construction (MOC) invites all interested and eligible consultant as per National Competitive Bid (NCB) for the procurement of “For conducting 20 Years Performance of Domestic Construction Companies.”

Overall objectives: The overall objective of the study is to conduct a research in the construction industry with regard the demand and supply of construction companies in capital and in kind, investigate their performance and compare with international standards, In addition identify the challenges that possibly minder being competitive in the market. Ultimate goal: The ultimate goal of the study is Conducting 20 years performance of domestic Construction Companies.

Experience: The consultant experience in consulting on construction design and building research gap assessment study or related good performance.

The task requires high qualification, skill and required to present the manpower qualification level and related experience including the recommendation. The bidders should be required to submit legal documents Renewed Trade license, Tin and VAT Registration Certificate, Tax clearance and should be registered in supplier list of PPA web site. All bidders required to deposit in the box provided for this purpose within 15 calendar days after announcement of bid in newspaper. The bid should be accompanied with bid security of Birr 8,000 (Eight Thousand birr) CPO or Unconditional Bank Guarantee in the name of “Ministry of Construction.” A bid document may obtained from 4th floor procurement department upon payment of a non-refundable birr 100.00 (one hundred birr).

The interested bidder shall be delivered the Technical and Financial bid proposal in separate sealed envelopes before the bid opening time.

The Ministry of construction reserves the right to accept or reject all or part of the bid. Further information can be obtained during office hours.
