The Kenya Urban Roads Authority (KURA) is a State Corporation established under the Ministry Transport, Infrastructure, and Housing & Urban Development with the core mandate of Management, Development, Rehabilitation and Maintenance of National urban Trunk Roads. As a leading Government Agency with the above mandate, KURA wishes to invite bids from eligible bidders as indicated below:

The tender document may be obtained by interested eligible bidders from Procurement Office on 4 1h Floor, IKM Place, 5111 Ngong Avenue Opposite Bishops Gate upon payment of a non- refundable fee of Kshs. 1,000.00 (Kenya shillings One Thousand Only) in form of a Banker’s Cheque payable to Kenya Urban Roads Authority . Bidders will be required to attach a copy of the official receipt to the bid document when submitting as proof of payment.

The same document may be downloaded from KURA Website [email protected]/tenders and lFMIS Kenya Suppliers Portal free of charge. For those who will download the document, they will be required to provide their details by registering at the Procurement office, 4 111 Floor, IKM Place, at 5th Ngong A venue.

Qualification for Tendering (Mandatory)
The bidders are expected to include the following in their bids: –
1. Certified copy of Certificate of incorporation
2. Copy of Valid Tax Compliance Certificate (will be verified on the KRA TCC Checker)
3. Submit a Certified Copy of PIN/VAT Certificate.
4. Certified copy of CR 12 form(Recent within 12 months)
5. Manufacturer’s Authorization Form.
6. Bidders shall serialize all pages for each tender document submitted; failure to which the bidder shall be disqualified .
7. Others as described in the Tender Document.

• Certification of documents shall be original and executed by a Commissioner for Oaths.
Description and Scope of Services
The Description and Scope of the Services is as described in the Tender Document.
Prices quoted should be inclusive of all taxes and must be expressed in Kenya shillinzs and shall remain valid for a period of One hundred and Twenty (120) days from the closinz date of the tender.
Completed bid documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the tender number, tender name and be addressed to:-

Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the candidates or their representatives who choose to attend in the 3rc1 Floor Board Room, IKM Place 5th Nzonz Avenue Opposite Bishops Gate.
