Construction work on the new Agra Management Lafrenz site has been completed. The building which was designed by Architect Axel Dainat was handed over to the firm by Namibia Construction one year and nine months later after the ground breaking took place.
The building has an office floor space of 8325m2 with a pavement area of more than 17 000m2. The facility will have 3250m2 floor space for Agra’s retail branch while 2617m2 will be used for stores and Agra wholesale offices and retail shops.
The first tenant for the new retail space would be the Bean Juice Coffee Shop who is already fitting their coffee shop.
According to the CEO for Agra, Peter Kazmaier, this new building will enable his firm achieve their purpose of creating prosperity and improving lives around. This will be due to the fact that the building will help ease service delivery to all.
Other participants in the project include Dawn Adams Quantity Surveyors, Seelen binder consulting engineers and Axel dainat.
The official opening ceremony for the building is scheduled to take place in August 2015.
