This particular order encompasses 18 V162-6.2MW wind turbines, configured to operate in an optimized mode with a capacity of 6.4MW. Vestas has been entrusted with the complete process, from supply and delivery to the commissioning of these advanced turbines.

What sets this project apart is the extended commitment to ensuring peak performance and reliability. Once the wind farm is operational, Vestas will take on the responsibility for servicing the turbines for an impressive 35-year duration. This comprehensive service agreement, denoted as Active Output Management 5000 (AOM 5000), has been crafted to maximize efficiency and sustainability of the assets.

The project’s timeline showcases a strategic approach to the construction process. The commencement of turbine delivery is scheduled for the second quarter of 2026, with commissioning expected to conclude in the fourth quarter of the same year.
