Casagrand Elysium Project in Manapakkam, India, launched

Casagrand Elysium Project in Manapakkam, India, has been launched by a leading real estate enterprise known as Casagrand.

Described as a contemporary-styled residential community, Casagrand Elysium spans 14.9 acres and features 2 & 3 BHK apartments. In terms of its structural system, the development features RCC framed structure designed for seismic compliance (Zone-3). 

Casagrand Elysium amenities

The development features well over 120 amenities. These include a Binary code play area, Aero Phone, Xylophone, and Marimba as well as a serene, Shio-Salt room. Some of these amenities will be within a lavish clubhouse of about 31,000 square meters.

Remarks on the project 

Vimesh P, the Senior Vice-President, Marketing at Casagrand said that the project aims to turn a homeowner’s dream into reality. According to Vimesh P, the project stands as Tamil Nadu’s first-ever, offering of world-class amenities.

The Senior VP also revealed that the homes are 100% Vaastu compliant. Therefore, most apartments have a North or East facing entrance, while all the bedrooms face southwest. In regards to added security, the apartment tower’s design strictly enforces no in-between overlooking.
