RSG (The Red Sea Global) and AMAALA have officially inked a partnership agreement for the Equinox Resort AMAALA Project with Equinox. The Global leader in luxury lifestyle brands, will, in collaboration with the developers, deliver the hotel within a well-preserved natural environment in Saudi Arabia.
According to a press release statement, the project will place great focus on fitness, sports, and lifestyle. In total, it will include 128 keys featuring 2 penthouses. Furthermore, Equinox Resort AMAALA Project will include a magnesium salt rooftop pool, various world-class culinary concepts as well as a spa. In addition to a signature Equinox Fitness Centre and a beach club.

The Equinox Resort AMAALA Project Designer
The Equinox Resort design is by Foster + Partners, leading, world-renowned architects. It aims to ensure complete and convenient connectivity to surrounding areas. Moreover, the hotel is set to have four open courtyards, that incorporate traditional architecture styles. Additionally, official reports reveal that the design will be have landscaping and water features that will naturally cool the air.
As a whole, the resort forms a significant part of the AMAALA Marina Village, The village, of which extends to part of the wider Triple Bay development, comprises luxury villas, condominiums, and hotels. Quite impressively, AMAALA’s design significantly contributes to the region’s 30% net conservation target by 2040. The main goal of the initiative focuses on enhancing biologically diverse habitats such as corals, mangroves, and land vegetation.
Christopher Norton, said that it is well in alignment with the firm’s goals in redefining luxury hospitality. Additionally, the Equinox Hotels CEO expressed delight in partnering with RSG, commending the company’s values. On the other hand, RSG Group CEO gave assurance that the project will deliver the best in wellness and health, within an area of natural beauty. John Pagano also stated that the development will offer guests, transformative and exceptional experiences.
