SEVEN, Saudi Entertainment Ventures, has marked a significant milestone by having begun construction works for Saudi’s Entertainment Project In Almadinah. The wholly-owned subsidiary of the Public Investment Fund (PIF) will work in collaboration with a joint venture by AL BAWANI CO. LTD, BUHV. Moreover, the project’s development team will also include UrbaCon Trading & Contracting.

Official reports noted that SEVEN plans to invest over SAR 50 billion, into the development of 21 entertainment destinations. The projects will be built within cities such as Jeddah, Al Ahsa, Jizan, and Yanbu, just to mention a few. In a nutshell, Saudi’s Entertainment Project In Almadinah aims to support strategic initiatives to improve the living conditions of residents. Furthermore, it also aims to add on, to the region’s one-of-a-kind, entertainment attractions. Additionally, visitors will have access to a wellness center for rejuvenation and relaxation.

Total Area Of Saudi’s Entertainment Project In Almadinah 

The development spans an area of over 100,000 square meters. Meanwhile, its total built-up area is about 84,000 square meters. A press release statement noted that the park aims to seamlessly fuse with its curated gardens and open paths. Quite impressively, the $347 million development will also feature a 4,000-square-meters family entertainment center. In addition to an e-karting track that includes over 330 meters of track. A Play-Doh center will be constructed as a children’s dedicated play area.

Taking it a step further, Saudi’s Entertainment Project In Almadinah will include a Discovery Adventures Centre, offering trekking experiences. Moreover, it will also offer jungle-themed challenges as well as treehouse trails. Additionally, the development will include local retail outlets alongside, various food and beverage (F&B) options.
