Samana Mykonos Signature Project Launches in Dubai

Samana Mykonos Signature Project in Dubai has been launched. The project was launched by one of the fastest-growing players in the real estate industry, Samana Developers. According to a report by Arabia Business, the development’s location will be within Dubai’s Arjan district. It is the third out of twelve launched in 2023 by its developer.

The launch of these projects is linked to the growth of tourists as well as buyers in the UAE. Dubai ranks as the world’s top destination in the 2023 Travellers Choice, Best of the Best, Awards, by Tripadvisor. It overshadows popular cities such as Bali, London, and Marrakech.

Overview of the Samana Mykonos Signature Project in Dubai

The AED 300 million project draws inspiration from a yacht-style theme while its name is inspired by the Greek island, Mykonos. It aims to serve as a cost-effective option for both residents and tourists, more especially, those looking for staycations. 

Samana Mykonos Signature will offer residents an array of features including private pools alongside resort-style amenities. Additionally, the 276-unit building will include 24 retail units. By October 2025, the project targets to commence official handovers. 

While speaking about the project, the Chief Executive of Samana Developers said the project aims to be affordable, In addition to sustainable, unique as well as environmentally friendly. Imran Farooq noted that within the first quarter of 2023, luxury home sales in Dubai had hit over Dh6 million.

According to data from Dubai’s Department of Economy and Tourism, the region had 3.1 million visitors within the first two months of 2023. Taking it a step further, the project will introduce a new income-generating initiative for homebuyers. Thus, residents will be able to convert their apartments into holidays, and sublease.
