Construction of the next phase of Leeds’ Aire Park, an exciting new district taking shape in South Bank, has commenced. This latest phase focuses on the development of a state-of-the-art, seven-storey commercial building. The building will serve as a prominent landmark and gateway to Aire Park.
Developed by Vastint, a renowned real estate group, the building will be situated on the route from Leeds’ train station to the city centre. It is set to provide approximately 75,000 square feet of top-quality ‘Grade A’ office space. Furthermore, it will offer nearly 7,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and leisure space.
The strategic location of the building will offer convenient access and connectivity for businesses, residents, and visitors alike.
