The building is situated at 2132 City Gate Lane. It is adjacent to Highway 59 and Interstate 88, and about 5 miles from the center of Naperville. Furthermore, it lies 33 miles east of Chicago. The neighborhood is located within the mixed-use CityGate Centre, which offers a wide variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment opportunities. It is also close to major companies like the Ecolab corporate headquarters, which is located less than 2 miles away.

CityGate Centre is a distinctive mixed-use neighborhood. It combines dining establishments, shopping centers, hotels, spas, workplaces, and, with the advent of Domain CityGate, residences.
