They offer services spanning from inception of the client’s project, feasibility studies, design and construction through to maintenance, operation and disposal.

These services include Environmental Management Systems, Product Evaluation, Environmental Due Diligence, Energy Service, Energy Modelling, Carbon Footprint Analysis as well as Water Sustainability and Hydrology.

WEB Limited promotes sustainability to meet the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own by striking a balance between Environmental, Social and Economic pillars in project development.

The company was established in May 2012 by Elizabeth Wangeci Chege and Boniface Chege Kimani. They are the co-founders of WEB Limited as well as the CEO and director of the company respectively.
Recently, two of the projects under the company’s wings – Garden City and Nairobi Business Park (Phase 2) – won LEED Gold pre-certification, making them the first commercial buildings in East Africa to be registered as ‘green’ buildings under the international standards of the world’s leading green code, the LEED Core and Shell rating system.

This marked a milestone for the young company. Garden City, a project by Actis, will be the largest and most innovative retail mall in East Africa. It will be a large mixed-use development on Nairobi’s Thika Highway, occupying 32 acres with a primary catchment area of 1.5 million people. In addition to the 50,000sqm retail mall, Garden City will accommodate state-of-the-art commercial premises, 500 new homes and a three acre central park, offering family-friendly leisure space for Kenyans and visitors to the city.

The center is being planned as a unique family leisure and retail destination which through its mix of offer will appeal middle and upper-income Nairobians, city-wide.

Nairobi Business Park is an exceptional example of A Grade office accommodation. Set in a unique location next to the Ngong Racecourse on Ngong Road, this prestigious office park has successfully attracted high profile corporate tenants and enjoys an excellent reputation in the market.
