Plans have been revealed for the development of The Depot luxury multifamily complex in Missouri. The plans for the Class A multifamily community were unveiled by Thompson Thrift.
Particularly located off Dean Ave and E 171st Street, Raymore, The Depot will include nine three-story buildings. The three buildings will have a total of 300 one, two, and three-bedroom apartment houses. These units will have an average size of little under 1,000 square feet.
Moreover, the units will feature premium interior features, such as gourmet bar kitchens with quartz counters, and stainless steel appliances. There will also be tiled showers with glass doors, 9-foot ceilings, and wood-inspired flooring. Moreover, The Depot luxury multifamily complex in Missouri will feature walk-in closets with bespoke wood cabinetry and full-sized washers and dryers in all its units.

The featured amenities at the community include a clubhouse that has been expertly furnished and a 24-hour fitness center. A resort-style swimming pool, and a dog park, will continue the luxury living experience.
A Wal-Mart, Sam’s Club, and a Lowe’s anchor the 400,000-square-foot Raymore Galleria are next to The Depot. Furthermore, Interstate 49 is easily accessible from the site. This will allow homeowners to travel quickly to adjacent towns and significant companies. The companies in question are Cerner Corporation, Honeywell, and Saint Luke’s East Hospital.
Beginning in the spring of 2024, Thompson Thrift intends to welcome new residents after breaking ground in September.
