Monte Napoleone is a residential/estate development that covers an area of ​​465,000 square meters (sqm) in the Mostakbal City of New Cairo, the southeastern edge of Cairo Governorate, Egypt.

The project is inspired by the renowned fashion street in Milan, and it represents a microcosm of Italy and a reflection of Italian beauty on Egyptian lands.

Monte Napoleone features the construction of a total of 5,000 units including luxurious townhouses that range from 3-4 bedrooms with a built-up area of 218 sqm, luxurious apartments ranging from 1-3 bedrooms with a built-up area of 51 sqm to 110 sqm, and 1-4 bedrooms luxurious duplexes with a built-up area ranging from 83 sqm to 245 sqm, and private gardens for selected units.

The project was announced in June 2021 by Reportage Properties, a company founded in 2014 in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) by experts in the field of property development and construction with more than thirty years of experience in this field.

The company said that it had partnered with Al Ahly Sabbour Development, a leading real estate developer with a profile of +20 projects all over Egypt, for the construction of the project which it plans to begin within eight months.

The Monte Napoleone project is set to be delivered in the last quarter of 2025.
