Van Dyck Carpets is proud to introduce Stately Homes – a luxury tufted cut pile carpet made from 100% Aquafil Heatset Nylon 6. Stately Homes is available in nine rich colours of greys and browns and one burgundy to add some spark to the range.

This is a stylish broadloom carpet which is soft to the touch and ideal for the most luxurious residential applications, especially bedrooms.

Stately Homes has a dense and thick construction which gives great underfoot comfort and improved sound absorption, making it a premium quality addition to the Van Dyck range.

Van Dyck Carpets Pty Ltd is the oldest South African carpet manufacturer (based in Durban) and has been in operation since 1948. Van Dyck Carpets is ISO 9001:2008 (quality management) and ISO 14001 (environmental management) approved by the SABS, and also the only flooring manufacturer who has an ISO 14064-1 Green House Gas verification report.

Beyond this, they have become the first South African company to achieve The Carbon Trust Standard for Carbon (the world’s leading and independent certifier of organizational carbon footprint reduction), for reducing the Green House Gas emissions by more than 30% over the past 3 years.

Van Dyck Carpets is owned by PFE International which is the holding company of the Zarrebini family. Their shareholders have more than 40 years of international experience in the manufacturing of carpets and fibre and yarn extrusion.

The holding Company has invested more than 100 million Rand over the last years in upstream capital expenditure such as a state-of-the-art fibre extrusion line – the biggest in Southern Africa, BCF twisting and heat-setting line and also in the upgrading and modernization of the tufting and needle punch looms enabling the company to enhance its product offering.

Further investment has been made in the acquisition and installation of a modern state of the art Rubber re-cycling plant in partnership with the Mathe Group in Hammarsdale.
