Non-Members Using Association logo illegally.
The Master Builders Association of South Africa has reported increases in incidences where non-members are using the Master Builder’s brand purporting to be members of the Association.
The impostors are reportedly former members of the association who are knowingly and, or negligently kept the Association’s brand. Others have never been members and are telling clients blatant lies about who they are.
Master Builders Association is currently seeking legal advice to arrest this situation and know how best to deal with the fraudsters.
