Bram Goossens has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director for JSE-Listed Equites Property Fund, effective from September 1 2014.

He will be taking over the position from Chrystal Grauso who will be resigning from the position of Chief Financial Officer and executive director for Equites Property Fund.

Bram is currently working for PwC after joining it in 2002, and is currently responsible for servicing a number of business clients as an auditing partner.

He took his tertiary education at the University of Cape Town and is qualified as a Chartered Accountant since 2005.

Bram Goossens becomes the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director for Equites Property Fund after having worked for PwC for more than 12 years. He has gained a wide range of experience in retail property and manufacturing clients, both in South Africa and internationally.

Chrystal Grauso was also thanked for contributing to the company development and even during the process of getting listed on JSE.

Equites property Fund is a property management and development company in South Africa but mainly office property.

The company has a portfolio of about 17 prominent industrial and office properties. Equites got listed on JSE in the Industrial and Real Estate Investment Trust Section in June 2014.
