Pacific Place, one of the premier shopping malls in Hong Kong, is a complex of office towers, hotels and a shopping center situated in Admiralty, Hong Kong.
The four-storey mall is home to over 130 shops and boutiques and two major department stores, collectively offering an array of contemporary fashion and luxury brands. The Mall at Pacific Place is the heart of the complex, over 711,000 ft2 of up-market stores and boutiques, numerous dining outlets, and a six-house Cineplex.
The restaurant at Pacific Place required small, reliable and accurate fire detectors to ensure that any potential fire would be tackled appropriately, while causing no false alarms. They therefore implemented a fire protection solution including SharpEye 20/20ML Optical Flame Detectors. The solution combines 20/20ML detectors and long throws sprinklers. These, together serve the challenging environment of a busy open-kitchen restaurant and will provide many years of reliable service.
