Element Hotel to debut in Egypt 2019

Marriot International has announced plans to debut their eco-conscious brand Element Hotel in Egypt. The hotel is expected to be the largest in Africa and the Middle East.

It will be located in the upscale Heliopolis district of Cairo .The project is owned by Middle East Real Estate for Development (MERED),a limited liability company in Egypt and will be developed by Abraj Misr Urban Development.

The project will be part of the Gate project ,a new classic eco-friendly development that will feature the largest housing,commercial,administrative facility in the Middle east and Egypt .It will have 344 light filled rooms creating an atmosphere of a balanced on the move life.

Mr. Alex Kyriakidis ,President and Managing Director ,Middle East and Africa ,Marriott International said that they are very excited to introduce a new brand in Egypt seeing as it is one of their key markets.

He added that the project will give guests a new appealing option of comfort and quality services especially for those seeking unique experiences and serenity.

Element Cairo will showcase a flowing design of modular furniture, a state of art kitchen, the signature Heavenly Bed and spa-inspired bathrooms. They will have amenities such as fast, free Wi-Fi, a high –tech around the clock fitness center, a fully equipped business center, 670 square meters of flexible meeting space and a 24-hour dining café.

It will also have complimentary healthy rise breakfast and the relax evening wine reception. The hotel will part of a landmark mixed –use scheme with up-market retail mall housing Egypt’s biggest indoor theme park and unbranded residences.

Element being a renowned leader in the eco-space, offers travelers a new perception of the traditional hotel experiences, healthy options and eco-minded sensibilities.
