The Chamber of Commerce of Djibouti commemorates this year 2017 its 110 years of existence and will organize on this occasion a series of exceptional events with national and international dimension.

Through these activities, the Institution wishes to seize the occasion of the 40 years of the country, in connection with the anniversary of the CCD, to attract the attention of Djibouti’s economic and commercial partners around the world, and thus to projectors on the important development of port and logistics infrastructures, positioning the country as a platform for the redistribution of goods in the region.

Indeed, in terms of regional and international trade, the CCD plans to organize in Djibouti from December 3 to 7, the first international trade fair that will highlight the historical peculiarity of Djibouti, a centuries-old land of trade and commerce.

The fair is open to all companies from the partner countries of the Republic of Djibouti, in the import and export of various products and services.

On the sidelines of this fair, will be held, an International Forum on Private Investment in Infrastructure, for a better regional trade integration in East Africa. This Forum is intended to be a high-level economic meeting where the issues and the main questions raised in the context of private investments of major integrated infrastructure projects, linking several countries, will be discussed.
