Lonicera Partners and Rabina are set to commence construction on a 38 story, 55 Willoughby Tower development in Brooklyn, New York. The developers secured financing from Santander Bank and City National Bank. However, it was JLL who arranged the  floating-rate loan  on behalf of the developers  to  facilitate the  project’s completion.
