Land development is underway at 5115 Auburn Church Road, a purpose-built rental housing community located near the intersection of East Garner Road and Auburn Church Road in Garner. Horizontal construction commenced in July 2025, with vertical construction expected to begin in spring 2026.

Development Partnership

The project is being developed in partnership with Saxum Real Estate Partners, expanding the firm’s build-to-rent strategy within high-growth Southeast markets. The development reflects continued institutional interest in scalable, professionally managed rental housing across the Triangle region.

Each residence is designed with modern renters in mind, featuring upscale finishes, spacious kitchens with islands, walk-in closets, dedicated laundry rooms, private fenced yards, and one- or two-car garages equipped with electric vehicle charging capability.

5115 Auburn Church Road will include a curated amenity offering aimed at long-term renters and families. Planned amenities include a clubhouse, swimming pool, pickleball courts, pocket park, playground, dog park, and walking trails.
