Ashok Industries was established in 1992. Headquartered in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

They are the leading manufacturer and exporter of good quality and highly reliable

  • Piling Equipment & Foundation Drilling Tools

All their products are manufactured using the highest quality raw materials coupled with the latest technology basically used for piling work.

They cater largely to the infrastructure development industries with recognition as one of the top quality leaders of high quality Pile Foundation Drilling Tools. These tools are used for Piling rigs like Bauer, Casagrande, Soilmec, IMT, Mait, Sany & Xcmg.

Piling Equipment & Foundation Drilling Tools

  • AUGERS
The augers are tools to be used on clay grounds and in any case on soils with good cohesion.
The basic material is high resistance steel properly welded to ensure durability.
They are manufactured in the clay and rock version.
  • Clay auger
It is manufactured with different processes according to the diameter size. In the standard version the auger is equipped with an adjustable counter-bore mounted on the upper part. The teeth are interchangeable and at the bottom.
  • Rock auger
The body is made out of a thickness tube. The external part of the screw is a special wear-resistant material. The special tungsten carbide teeth are placed along the screw edge and on the point to get better results on the ground.
  • Buckets
Buckets are used for drilling in grounds with scarce cohesion or with presence of water.
They are manufactured in different versions according to the different systems exhaust material and according to the type of ground. All the components are made with high resistance steel and welded with appropriate processes.
  • Automatic flat bottom bucket
It has a hinged bottom that can be completely opened through a hook and a sturdy system of levers connected to the opening head operated during the final lifting phase.
Buckets are equipped with appropriate interchangeable teeth at the bottom and on the sides and with an adjustable counterbore mounted on the top of the cylindrical body.
  • Automatic conical bottom bucket
It has the same opening mechanism of the flat bottom bucket with only difference is that the bottom is appropriately shaped to work on grounds mixed with water, improving the penetration. It is suitable for piling work.
  • Centrifugal bucket
Its body is made up of two parts hinged at the top. Therefore it can be completely opened in the unloading phase only by means of the centrifugal force generated by the inverse rotation. They are suitable for small diameters.
  • Revolving double bottom bucket
It uses a double bottom system that allows it to close with a nearly hermetic seal through inverse rotation. They are particularly suitable for ground rich in water.
  • CORE BARRELS
The core barrels are particularly suitable for drilling in hard, compact, rocky grounds. On the cylindrical body welded with high resistance steel plate, the available standard version mount different accessories according to the different operative needs.
  • Core barrels with bits
It is provided of a crown of special tungsten carbide teeth mounted on teeth-holder to allow the interchangeability. Suitable for grounds with boulders.
  • Core barrels with bits and unloading piston
It has the same characteristics of the core barrel with bits but with the addition of an emptying system dynamically operated during the unloading phase. It allows a reduction of the total working time.
  • Core barrels with widia inserts
It is provided with extremely sturdy and hard prism inserts mounted on the cutting crown. Suitable for compact grounds.

They supply to countries such like Australia, Srilanka, Bangladesh, South Africa, Eastern Africa, UAE, Dubai, Turkey etc.
