Since 1920, Bonelli Spa has built some of the most impressive wooden structures in the realms of civil construction works, important engineering structures such as wooden bridges (in Venezia and around Europe), ecological houses and entire touristic villages, the world biggest rollercoaster campsite, fire resistant wood doors for historical and prestigious buildings (the Milan Trade Fair, the Roman auditorium, the Senate of the Republic of Rome, the Egyptian museum in Turin were all realized by the Beppe Bonelli’s family and the exceptional team of professionals in BBuilding staff.

BBuilding has a refined a construction system led by a network of best professionals in a range of fields. They are devoted to providing quality and environmentally friendly products with technological innovations that anticipate the global environmental sustainability necessities of tomorrow, while making better, comfortable and affordable houses for today.

BBuilding has been expanding their business overseas and are currently setting up their operations in the Kingdom of Bahrain and from the beginning of 2014 targeted to develop business in South Africa. They had various presentations in South Africa including The Affordable Housing Africa Conference from 18th-20th August 2014 where they illustrated their house projects and the underlying industrial plan to set up large scale operations in South Africa. They are also participating at the #WDC204 The Better Living Challenge Showcase at Cape Town Central Train Station open forecourt 28 October 08 November.

They will be presenting their industrial developments and endeavour in South Africa at the 30th Anniversary AUHF (African Union Housing Finance) Conference 17-19 November in Cape Town with a presentation entitled “Achieving affordable house targets by adapting European quality green bio-climatic construction know-how to South African Standards and Requirements”.

Dr. Roberto Pane, the BBuilding Business Development manager advises the potential buyers that they should give serious consideration not only to entry price but also to operation costs, living comfort, quality of design and durability of materials. “A proper house in a poorly planned neighbourhood is destined to decay and depreciate in value while a low cost house in a properly planned neighbourhood is destined to stand the test of time especially if the house is made of quality and durable materials”, he adds. They are currently looking for industrial partners in Africa to form a joint production venture.
