CEA initiated its activity in the field of high-quality design, bathroom taps and fittings in 2007 and soon has gained distinction as an important point of reference within the sector, on account of its distinctly innovative style, technological bias and interest in product re-interpretation.
The origins of its expertise can be traced back to its experiences in the plumbing and installation planning fields, combining technical know-how and architectural demands. Since its founding, CEA has been engaging with designers to ensure the maximum freedom of architecture and the site-specific planning. The resulting CEA product is enriched with several industrial and utility patents that guarantee a flexible but precise approach and reduces construction time.
CEA’s range includes bathroom taps and accessories, kitchen taps, outdoor showers and ceiling de-stratification fans. Production is in Italy, in the Bassano del Grappa district of the North East, a worldwide renowned area for the mechanical engineering tradition, where quality and reliability derive from local synergies and craftsmanship.
CEA collections are made of AISI 316/L stainless steel, an eco-friendly, totally recyclable, hygienic and a-toxic material, also available in BLACK DIAMOND. This is an exclusive CEA finish for stainless steel, protecting it with a biocompatible film based on graphite and diamond powder that increases the gloss and the hardness of its surface. The result is an extraordinary resistance to external scratches, acid and saline agents, self-lubrication towards water and lime deposits.
AISI 316/L stainless steel is carefully selected and only manufactured manually or with cold working CNC machines. No hot melting, varnishing, galvanic treatment or other chemical processes are involved. In order to get water saving, all wash-basin and bidet spouts are equipped with aerators.
Valentina Gottardi from the Marketing Department says that the notions underlying the CEA collections are the principle of saving water, hygiene, energy saving, functionality, technology and recyclability. These themes are fundamental for Africa and also for the future of the whole planet.
