Cemcrete was founded by Graham Bendall on April 18, 1973. His love and understanding of cement was cultivated while working in the products division where he formulated products such as CemWash and PoolCrete.

According to Nadine Prinsloo the Showroom Coordinator for Cemcrete, the companys products are sustainable with hardwearing surfaces that are easy to maintain making them suitable for traffic areas often required in African lodges and resorts. They are also cost effective and in many aspects considered green in their longevity and sustainability.
She added that there is a big need for training on using Cemcrete products in Africa and therefore Cemcrete will focus on not only supplying and getting the products to Africa, but rather on the application training. Customers in Africa are from all walks of life and most of Cemcrete’s customers expect to receive good quality service as well as products.
