Their floors have exceptional durability to withstand intensive residential and commercial footfall: they are woven with revolutionary vinyl fibres and combined with a high-performance backing; Dickson® woven floor covering is extremely tough-wearing. The entire collection has been approved for heavy commercial traffic (33-grade usage), the highest classification for textile flooring. Rotproof, waterproof and colourfast, they are suitable for all types of use, including wet areas such as bathrooms and kitchens. Even when exposed to intensive sunlight, Dickson® flooring retains its vibrant original colours. It also has excellent flame resistance, successfully tested and certified in accordance with European (EN 13501-1) and American (ASTM E 648) fire safety standards.
The flooring also has a remarkable acoustic thermal insulation; endowed with advanced technology soundproofing, antistatic protection and a non-sip surface that’s enjoyable to walk on. Soundguard® technology was specifically designed to improve comfort and noise absorption.
Their flooring technique is one that contributes to healthy indoor air quality: every square metre of the woven flooring produced undergoes a series of in-house tests. Dickson® flooring is Floorscore® certified, proving their low level of volatile organic compounds.
