“There are challenges that still drag the industry, for instance poor infrastructure. It is tedious to get to the factory since one uses a rough road full of pot holes, it is necessary to invest on the,” says Benedetto Di Blasi.
“Clients should go for quality not price” he advises. “We do designing for a client but he gives the job to another company because they are offering a cheaper price compared to ours; compromising on quality in the process,” he adds. “We have been securing business through referrals since we value on quality,” he insists.
