John Deere has launched 870G LC excavator to G Series with a 512-horsepower Tier 4-Final Isuzu engine.
The 870G LC excavators has been updated to G Series with a 512-horsepower Tier 4-Final Isuzu engine that uses EGR, DOC, and SCR technologies. Operating weight is 188,716 pounds; max digging depth is 29 feet 1 inch; and bucket digging force is 80,706 pounds.
Service upgrades include a battery disconnect switch, spin-on fuel filters, two additional water separators to maintain long fuel filter life, and engine and hydraulic oil sample ports.
The Powerwise III engine/hydraulic-management system has multiple productivity modes. High productivity delivers more power and faster hydraulic response to move more material. Power provides smooth and balanced metering for normal operation, and economy reduces top speed and helps save fuel.
