SCHAKE was founded in 1908 as a blacksmith and cart smith company by Johann Schake in Wetter-Volmarstein, Germany.
Over the course of decades it expanded to a modern, medium-sized enterprise led by the forth generation of the family, and developed to be one of the market leaders in Germany.
