There are 5 key features of SUCOOT’s Ring System Scaffold.
- Vertical deviation is less than 0.3%. It is on par with ACI 117-06. The less vertical deviation, the less influence on eccentric bending moment.
- The allowance between the Vertical tubes and Spigot is 0.6 ~ 1.8mm (Their competitors are more than 2.5mm). According to the test result, the loading can reach at least 94% when the maximum allowance is 1.8mm; whilst, if the other brand allowance is 3.0mm, the loading only can reach 50%. The higher the scaffold assembled, the less the loading can bear.
- Vertical connection is through “cross section”, rather than “point”. This allows for no visible gap between the tube connections. It makes the cross sections of their tubes are perfectly smooth.
- Sucoot uses the highest material within the scaffolding industry. The tubes are made of high tensile steel “STK500” and the rings are made by forging.
