Leading investment company, Dubai Investments has officially revealed the Danah Bay Project’s expected handover date target for its first phase is by the first quarter of 2025. Moreover, the Dubai Financial Market (DEM) listed company further revealed that the flagship freehold development is fully sold out.
The Danah Bay Project’s location is right within Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah (RAK). Quite impressively, the development spans an area of 90,000 meters squared approximately. Additionally, it features 40,000 meters squared of beaches.
According to a press release statement, the total completion of the development is scheduled for Q1 2026. Initially, the project’s breaking ground occurred on December 2022, marking impressive progress and consistency to date. Ali bin Khalfan al mutawa al Dhaheri, the Vice Chairman and CEO of Dubai Investment noted that the project strives to cater to the growing tourism demands.

Danah Bay Project’s Phase 1 Design
Structurally, the beach resort’s Phase 1 will have 2, 3 as well as 3+ bedroom townhouses, in addition to 4-bedroom villas. Official reports, further reveal that the multi-million development’s second phase will feature 4, 5, and 5+ bedroom villas, alongside 2-bedroom townhouses. Lastly, Phase 3 will include residential apartments and a hotel.
As a whole, the AED 1 billion beach community resort strives to set new and unique standards. In total, it comprises 188 villas and two-bedroom townhouses with roof terraces. Moreover, the development features five-bedroom breakwater villas, four-bedroom beachfront villas, and also three-bedroom villas. Taking it a notch higher, the residential tower will feature 107 apartments ranging from one-bedroom units to four-bedroom penthouse apartments.
Dubai Investment’s General Manager, while speaking about Danah Bay said that its design focuses on creating an ideal living environment. Obaid Salami further noted that it also aims to present lucrative investment opportunities, especially within the region. As a result, the project seamlessly targets to integrate a wide array of mixed-use development components.
